Frequently used Frood in my old house, never had a problem, this is the second year I have used them in my new house the logs have arrived soaking wet, they must have been left out overnight when rain was expected, also some logs are too big we have had cut these and they are soaking in the middle, damp thermometer tested, I will not be using Frood next year.

Been ordering logs from this company for about a year and a half. Always helpful, prompt, reliable and great value. Even if we can’t be around at the time, they always drop the logs off exactly where we ask, and logs can be cut to different sizes as arranged. Most recent order even arrived with some free kindling and firelighters, perhaps cos we are regular customers? So thank you for that!! Highly recommended.
